From entry-level homes to high-end custom estates, Cornerstone Homes & Development is making dreams come true for hundreds of homeowners every year in unique locations around the valley. The "cornerstone" for this remarkable story was put in place more than 12 years ago. Todd Tucker, a native Arizonan, began as a general contractor specializing in multi-family construction. After five very successful years, Todd dreamed of providing a unique, value-based single-family home to his customers. To realize this dream, he put together a "Best-in-Class" team, which has resulted in the construction of over 1,500 family residences in Arizona.

The key to success was to bringing together a talented, dedicated, creative team. Presently, there are over 20 members of this team, from seasoned field superintendents to the senior management team has over 55 years of successful construction and sales experience.

Closely tied to the Best in Class team are the specially selected Construction Business Partners. Such as - Andersen Windows, Dupont ,Sears, Merillat, York, Delta Faucets, and Eagle Roofing. Regardless of their size, each Partner must become a Certified Cornerstone Partner, which ensures that our customers receive only the highest quality home, with that quality guaranteed by Cornerstone and its Partners.
